You will usually catch me wearing some sort of denim. Whether it’s a pair of denim pants, a denim shirt or a denim dress I will usually have one piece on. Denim is my staple piece in my wardrobe, as it’s most probably the most versatile piece of clothing you could have in your wardrobe.
Then today for my off-duty look I teamed denim on denim and it works so well. My boyfriend mom jeans from 7 For All Mankind (here and similar here) have been my favourite pair for a while now. I literally can’t take them off. These are my favourite style of jeans, and you will notice all your favourite bloggers wearing them. I’m also wearing an ASOS oversized denim shirt (here and similar here and here) and for a little extra detail I’ve teamed it with my new Helene Berman camel trench coat (here and similar here) and I’m obsessed.
Add a pair of my Mules to the outfit, which for me is the easiest way you could dress up your denim pants instantly. Teaming the trench coat with my denim on denim look adds a pop of colour and at the moment I’m obsessing over trench coats as they make dressing so easy whilst making my outfit look that much pulled together. Whilst wearing denim on denim I would try and clash the denim colours like I have today as they work really well together and denim on denim isn’t so hard to pull off. This outfit took me ten minutes to pull together and it’s effortless cool weekend vibe is one of my favourite off duty look.
As I’m obsessing over trench coats at the moment I’ve pulled together my top ten picks from the high street and I’m excited to show you guys my new trench next week when I am off to London with Reward Style!
