What’s your favourite way to style those digits, and by digits I mean fingers? I’m totally obsessing over rings at the moment and there’s a stylish look for every kinda personality out there, from mixed metal to eccentric layering, these days it’s all about rings on rings on rings (you get my drift, right?!).
I teamed up with jewellerybox.co.uk and haven’t been able to stop wearing their pieces! So I got my nails painted by the lovely Ema of Emme Nails and I couldn’t be happier. As a mum you don’t have time to have your nails done but Ema made mine super pretty again with these nude gel nails and a navy blue half moon nail art! I looovvveee them!
So grab your favourite rings and lets start layering the ss17 way!
My no-brainer guide to the perfect ring party
Tip 1- Stack ’em up!
Say goodbye to your traditional way of stacking rings, and why not try stacking your rings at different point of your fingers, kinda like I have. Start from the base of your finger and work your way up!
Tip 2- Statement Rings
Statement rings are statement rings for a reason, so if you are wearing one keep it simple and let the ring be the star of the show!
Tip 3 – Different Shapes and Sizes
I’ve mixed and matched my favourite rings here, by experimenting with different shapes and sizes, alternating between minimalist and edgy pieces on each fingers. I’m wearing my favourite rings sent to me from JewelleryBox.co.uk and my Missoma London horn ring (here).
Tip 4 – Fingers with an eccentric edge
Try an edgy move by placing a ring on each finger, using a slightly different ring to showcase off your unique style!
Tip 5 – Make an Impact
If you really want to make a big impact, style your cocktail style rings along with more delicate pieces to create a dramatic and bold look- perfect for a night it with the girls!
Tip 6- Mix and Match Gold and Silver
My last and important point, don’t be afraid in wearing gold and silver mixed together, like I have here! Your favourite bloggers from Sincerley Jules to Song of Style all love the mixing and matching of silver and gold and it’s my favourite way to style those fingers!
Here are the rings I currently have my eye on:
