Normally as you may well know, I’m not the hugest fan of linen, I find that being a super busy mom of two linen is just not appropriate! I would have to keep bending down or just run around after them and as linen tends to crease quite easily, I tend to right it off straight away! But when I saw this button maxi length dress from Mango (here and similar here and here) I had to purchase it. I’ve mentioned here my obsession with anything buttons and neutral with a bohemian feel and this dress seems to tick all the right boxes for this years SS18 trend that we are seeing everywhere. Mango never seems to disappoint and find myself coming straight here time and time again for their latest pieces as well as being a total great price point. Everything is super affordable which is great for my bank balance!
Now I’m only 5″6 and this maxi length is perfect no matter what your size and height! The length and tailoring actually help elongate those legs of yours and the oversized buttons help to add a certain element of style and trend for this season. I’ve styled it here with my western FreePeople mules (here and similar here) that you may have seen me where time and time again but they are super comfortable and go with absolutely everything! I’m totally digging the mustard hues at the moment (if you have seen my instagram) and it offsets the natural hues of this dress perfectly which will work well for my Italy road trip and city breaks we have coming up!
I added my Janessa Leone Hat (here) as I had literally 10 minutes to run out the house and get the boys ready so a good hat is always a good option! I’ve had lots of messages regarding my WoodGrey Basket Bag (here) which is now my go-to piece for the holidays. This brand is perfect for finding unique basket bags as well as delicate gold jewellery pieces to add to your collection. I’m obsessed and find myself shopping on here and popping everything in my basket! I also have a round basket bag but opted for the lunchbox style too, because a girl can never have too any options right?
