Trench layering for girls’ brunch

So the weather has dropped in temperature and the only good thing about this, is that it means I can totally layer up! I had a girls brunch on Friday and we had the most amazing hot salad I think I have ever had at a lovely little Italian restaurant.

I purchased this gorgeous trench coat from ASOS  here.  and I managed to get it in the Black Friday sale for under £25.00! Trench coats are one of those timeless classics, like the Camel Coat, it’s a wardrobe staple and I love a trench coat as it makes you look so pulled together! It literally took me 20 minutes to get ready (and of that 20 minutes 10 minutes was working on my hair!). That’s why I love a trench coat, it can make you look easily put together in the chicest of ways!

I’ve layered my trench coat with this beautiful Zara pyjama blazer ( as seen on Olivia Palermo) but you can buy a very similar version here from Lavish Alice. Anyone who knows me know I am absolutely obsessed with anything blush and I purchased this gorgeous Jigsaw Silk blush top (here) from the Black Friday sale which I have teamed under my Zara blazer and my 7 for All Mankind frayed jeans.

These metallic boots from Dune, pull the whole outfit together for an edgy feel to a classic look.

I’m absolutely loving the styling here. I would never have layered a blazer and a jacket together. The photos look lovely and so glad I found you on Instagram.
