Colour popping my way to SS17! There are lots of trends to note for SS17 — and i’ll be making my starting point with pops of colour and a slogan tee!
From powder pink to shades of green, if there’s one colour you need on your radar next season, it’s pink. When the Parisian triptych of Céline, Givenchy and Chanel decree it the shade of the summer you know you can go as bold as you like!
I’m trying to brighten up this gloomy day with my Malone Souliers (here and similar here and here) and they are the perfect pop of pink, right? I’ve teamed it with my new favourite colour, a mint green silk slip skirt from ASOS Premium collection (here, similar here, and here). The skirt is a beautiful lightweight silk in a midi length that works well for day dressing and takes you nicely into evening. I’ve styled it with my Brian Lichtenberg slogan top (here and similar here and here). Slogan tops are one of my favourite causal day tops to wear as it’s a great way to express yourself and it can give an edgy and street feel to such a feminine outfit. As it’s still a little bit cold out there (totally freezing here!) I’ve styled the outfit with my real leather biker jacket from H&M (here and here and similar here) and it’s been my go-to jacket of late!
