Sports wear like the Pyjama look can be easily worn and form part of your day time look whilst still looking luxe! There are no rules when it comes to athletic inspired fashion, think blush hoodies thrown over slip dresses, bomber jackets mixed with loafers and the silk luxury track pants that seem to be popping up everywhere (Olivia Palermo does it best!). Here are the wardrobe staples and my picks to get you ahead of the game; game on guys!
Track pants
I’m still wearing my pyjama look out (think it’s my favourite look yet!) but for an alternative, track pants can be a great change! Coming in different colours, patterns and texture, style yours like I have (here) wearing my River Island track pants (here) I have styled it with this seasons must have shoes and you can add a clutch bag to dress the look up for the evening!
Sneakers
Sneakers have upped their game for SS17 and are still extremely popular for this coming year! This season we are seeing leopard prints, satin updates and embroidery driven sneakers that can instantly dress up an outfit! I’ve teamed my Nike Thea’s with the classic camel coat and jeans works well for an effortless dressing!
Dress
Athletic inspired dresses are my favourite. Pleated colourful dresses for that tennis player chíc look, teamed with ankle boots or sneakers is a great sartorial mash up for the ultimate effortless day look.
Will you be sporting this seasons athletic trend?
