Gold Accents with Missoma London

Jewellery is a huge part of my wardrobe and I find it one of the most important finishing touches to any outfit. Gold accents has long been my favourite (most probably the Italian in me!), they make any basic attire pop and can make a dressed up outfit that little bit more pulled together!

These gold pieces from Missoma London are the perfect gold accents that are delicate and dainty but still make an impact! The large gold horn (here) is part of their collaboration with Lucy Williams from Fashion Me Now blog, and the three gold horn ring (here) which makes for perfect layering as well as individual pieces. There is also a small gold horn available here from the collection if you’re looking for a little something more subtle. The pieces from this collection are super beautiful and perfect to up your day “basic wear” game and perfect for that loud outfit that just needs a little subtle gold dust! You can expect to see these items on repeat as they are my new favourite pieces and I’m totally obsessed.

Lucy Williams is probably one of the UK’s biggest styling consultant and influencer and she has showcased her style through this jewellery line the whole way through — I’m just hoping for another line (fingers crossed)!

How to layer necklaces

Secret 1

Layering necklaces isn’t as hard as you may think. Here I have layered many multiple delicate gold chains and the secret: go for a graduated effect. If you want to pair a larger oversized statement necklace, this works well with dainty delicate chains also.

Secret 2

Personalise your collection — I like to personalise a lot of my items, so here I have my initial pendant from Monica Vinader (here) and I have teamed it with my Missoma London gold horn necklace (here) and then a slightly chunkier chain to off-set the look.

Secret 3

This is personally one of my favourites: layering just plain simple gold delicate chains, at varying length works well under a shirt or a low cut relaxed jumper.

Secret 8: Get a minimalist look by layering simple chains—no pendants needed!

There is no right way to layering your neck and giving it some eye watering candy and what works for you might not work for others. But I love layering and for me the more necklaces the better!

So what do you guys think of my new pieces from Missoma London? And are there any other jewellery brands you would recommend? I would love to hear your thoughts, guys!

I wanted to ask the same thing, would you style silver and gold together and do you think layering rose gold and yellow gold is ok to do?

Loving the way you have layered different textures!
