White Midi Dress and Senso Lucas Boots for the weekend

It was lovely to spend Easter weekend with all the family and the weather was super beautiful, it could have easily been mistaken for LA  sunshine over here! With that in mind, it was nice to be able to dress like SS17 for the weekend so I wore this super pretty white broderie and lace dress I picked up from Zara (similar here and here). When it comes to dressing up for those warmer days I always like to wear white (you may see this colour on repeat guys!) as it’s my signature style look for those warmer days. I prefer to wear shorter dresses teamed with flat sandals for the summer but this dress seemed more appropriate for a day outing with the family in London!

This dress is super feminine and more on the romantic side with its lace detailing so I made it a little more casual and edgy by throwing on my much loved Senso Lucas Boots (here) and my wide brim Reiss Fedora Hat (here and similar here). I added my Ray Ban’s (here) to channel my inner Mija as I’m currently obsessing over her and her hats (yes I have been on a hat haul this week!).

This dress made me feel super pretty and it was nice to be able to finally wear it, I kept accessories to a minimum as there was no need to over accessorise and teamed up against this bad ass wall we found in the beautiful streets of London and it worked really well!

I live for white dresses in the summer sun and with a tan it’s the best combination a girl could ask for!
