It’s about time I did a new skincare blog post, and as I’m not the biggest user (or lover for that matter) of makeup I can say that skincare beauty products is my forte! Skincare is super important to me, I cant say that enough. You could wear all the makeup in the world but if your skin hasn’t been looked after, then boy will it show and with this weather so grey and gloomy my skin needs a little radiance and glow. So I’ve teamed up with the guys from REN to show you the secret to my cold weather skin care routine and as I’m such a huge fan of theirs and have been using their products for so many years I couldn’t wait for this opportunity.

Let me introduce you to Ren’s latest products with one aim to get you to #glowclean. It’s skins answer to natural based ingredients perfect for perking your skin up and a great brightening daily fix that you guys at home can add to your morning or bed routine.

Ready Steady Glow AHA Lotion Tonique

This magical bottle of AHA is an effective skin – resurfacing toner that will exfoliate and brighten any complexion. But its super gentle on your skin that you can use it on a daily basis! I’ve been using this product now for over two weeks  and by stimulating the skin to naturally exfoliate , the Lactic Acid helps to tone, smooth and help reduce pore sizes. Whilst i’m super lucky to have good skin I found this product helped to boost a fresh daily glow that’s suitable for all skin types.  I simply press down on the pump and with a cotton pad simply swipe it all over clean skin. I do this first thing in the morning and after a shower just before my bedtime.

Radiance Perfection Serum 

This skin recharger serum goes hand in hand with the Ren AHA lotion Tonigue (here) and not to mention that its a perfect size for you to bring around and pop into your bag where ever you go. It helps just o reboot that energy cycle your skin needs. What I love most about this product is just how damn good it is at reducing those first signs of ageing. I’m talking about those blemishes that wont seem to go, but after using this for just over two weeks I noticed a few little age spots I had seem to almost disappear. My skin just looked visibly plumper and more youthful!

I only used this product first thing in the morning before applying anything like make up on, simply press over your face ad neck with 1 or 2 pumps  and massage until well absored and you can thank me later for that youthful glow you will be wearing and the visible difference in your skin.

Overnight Glow Creator 

The Wake Wonderful Night Time Facial treatment (here) is a transforming treatment for any skin no matter how good or bad it may be. It’s an overnight treatment that simply works to “lave your skin brighter” and it does exactly that! I’ve never felt so happy, I put it on at night, it does all the work for you and you wake up with amazing skin! What more could a girl ask for right? It’s not to heavy to leave on over night and it even left my skin looking noticeably toned after two weeks of using it. Simply apply it overnight onto cleansed face and just let your face and neck (always remember to do your neck) until absorbed.

Twice a Week Treatments

The Glycol Lactic Radiance Renewal Mask (here) is the best bio-active peel mask out on the shelves at the moment. It’s lifted dead skin and resurfaces to noticeably improve my skin tone, which I didn’t think I would be able to achieve first of all. If you have any old acne scars or any sun damage to the skin then using this mask treatment twice a week will leave you with noticeably younger looking skin. I applied it all over my face (avoid your eyes because boy does it sting when you get it in there!) and left it for ten minutes each time. The fruity orange and pineapple scent will make you not want to remove it!

This product sits nicely with the Micro Polish Cleanser (here) that helps wash away dirt that you and I cant see.  It has amber powder that helps buff away dead skin cells. You can use this 2-3 times a week by simply applying to a damp cloth, however I actually only need to use it once a week for an extra youthful glow that I wanted to achieve. It’s a very powerful cleanser that I’ve found after using it for two week at twice a week I actually didn’t need to use it much more. It was incredible to use and one that really has made a difference to how I feel and look.

 

There you have it. My cold weather skincare routine, that for the first time in years works really well with me!
