How we are wearing Green this Spring with Warehouse

It feels good to be back writing on here and whilst I’ve been unwell the last 4 weeks it’s given me a lot to think about and actually a nice welcomed break! So we are now in March and the first signs of spring are upon us ( although do not be fooled by that light its still a little arctic out there!) I feel its finally time to inject some colour into our wardrobe and what better colour to start with than green.  I am obsessed with green at the moment and I was super excited to team it with the guys from Warehouse on their new SS21 capsule and pick this outfit out from them. Now if you have been following me for a while you will know that we are about matching sets over here and this two piece western set from Warehouse (Jacket here and Skirt here) is the perfect combination to take us into next season.

When it arrived, I’d like to add it looks far more expensive than it is. I put it straight on when I got back from the hospital and fell in love with it! Now I’m patiently waiting for lockdown to end safely so that I can wear this out and about. I love how versatile this two piece set is. You can wear the jacket on its own with a pair of denim pants or the Midi skirt with a cool slogan tee and a basket bag come summer.

I’m most certainly a midi skirt/dress kinda girl and this ticks all the boxes for me. True to size (I’m wearing a size 6 here) and with my usual styling hack I’ve gone up a size on the jacket (wearing a size UK8) to balance out the proportion sizes and it works really well. If you’re fed up of wearing joggers, leggings etc and you are working from home then this is a great look to try out and play around with. We know colours are going to be big this season, and incorporating colour into your wardrobe can be difficult (especially if you a neutrals girl) but this look and colour is a great and subtle way to start doing just that!
